PGIM Real Estate is affiliated to PGIM, the investment management department of Prudential  Financial.

The three-story offices are sold by PGIM real estate in the United States. The company bought the office building that was formerly the Finexis building for US$107 million (about S$138 million) in April 2021 and carried out a large-scale renovation of the office building by mid-2023. It sold office buildings in tiered sales last year.

Four trustees of Guanyin Hall Buddha Temple bought the three-story office space at the office building at No. 108 Robinson Road for RMB 55.8 million.

According to the Business Times, four trustees of Guanyin Hall Buddha Temple exercised the option to purchase the three-story office last month. The Guanyin Hall Buddha Temple, commonly known as the Sima Road Guanyin Temple, is located on Waterloo Street (also known as Sima Road). It was built in 1884 and is one of the oldest temples in my country and one of the most popular temples.

This office building at No. 108 Luominshen Road is a permanent deed, with a total of 12 stories high. The first two floors are retail space, and the third to 12th floors are offices. The three-story offices that were bought are on the eighth, 11th and 12th floors, with a total deed area of ​​approximately 14,252 square feet.
